Weather and other Closures: If you are signed up for a class and we need to close the studio for weather or health reasons, we will let you know via email at least 30 minutes before the scheduled class time. You will be given the opportunity for either a refund or a make up class.

Yoga for Healthy Bones
Beginning on 11/16, we are offering this class for those of you who want to decrease your risk of bone fractures through gentle yoga that includes asanas to strengthen muscles and bones and improve balance.
